For revegetation, grassing and reclamation of areas with meadowy phytocenoses of grass and herbage, recu-systems applies differing procedures - depending on the specific requirements:  seedings with an optimization of the soil properties (soil improving measures) seedings with an optimization of the nutrient content in the soil (fertilization measures) seedings with an optimization of the ability to store water and an optimization of the microclimate (mulch seeding) seedings with an optimization of erosion control (measures to stabilize the soil)

The results of the uncontrolled exhaustive cultivation of the past decades as well as the needs of the modern industrial society frequently make high demands on the professional planting of vegetation in intensely stressed landscapes - a planting which is to be beneficial to site, too. It is a challenge and task to execute planting vegetation on devasted sites, which are to a large extent poor in vegetation and mold, as quickly as possible by means of specific seeding techniques and to protect them against erosion and further degradation by procedures of engineering biology. By applying adequate seeds and the necessary additives, a vital, dense vegetation is established and an effective, long-term erosion control is achieved.

Granting a warranty for long-term erosion control is possible only under certain specified conditions: Analysis of site conditions, in particular of slope angle, slope length, soil grain size distribution, micro- and macroclimatic values Adaptation of measures to the individual site conditions Consideration of the hydrological situation (runoff behavior of the precipitation water, spring and slope waters) Use of appropriate plants and additives Application of appropriate erosion control agents

Provided that the appropriate procedure is applied, any slope, no matter how steep, can be stabilized, and any site, no matter how extreme can be covered with a suitable vegetation.
